Our application development projects have included financial systems, inventory management, product tracking and pricing, billing, forecasting, on-line cataloging and scheduling, and pharmaceutical applications. We've delivered these services using sound project management and quality assurance techniques. We adhere to all client development, documentation and support standards.

Our extensive client list is not limited to but has included:

  • UUNET/WorldCom -
ETCI designed and built a Web application for the Business Development group to replace an obsolete legacy Lotus Notes system. The Playbook application employed several Oracle tools including Oracle's Business Objects, JDeveloper 3.2 and Oracle 8i. The system provides automated transfers of Business contracts throughout the organization allowing each person the ability to review, update and route each contract.

  • Qwest -
ETCI has worked with a team of Designers and Developers in the Wholesale, Long Distance group to build an Oracle, Java, JSP based system to track and monitor usage of long distance by business customer. Provided additional resources to augment Qwest's staff of DBAs. Our consultants provided on-call DBA support for 50+ production databases. ETCI was instrumental in creating and implementing the Oracle Data Naming Standards used by all developers throughout the IT organization and headed the weekly design reviews for best practices approval and migration into the production databases.

  • Ross Laboratories -
ETCI has provided technical services to Ross for over six (6) years. ETCI was solely responsible for the design, analysis and implementation of the Returned Goods systems, recapturing lost revenues of over 3 million dollars since its inception. The system tracks returned goods via scanning software and EDI processing as they arrive at a Ross warehouse. ETCI interfaced the Returned Goods System to SAP by integrating with Ross' current business processes.

  • Liebert Corporation -
ETCI's challenge was to provide a browser-based product configurator and pricing module to streamline and facilitate sales and contract negotiations. The Sales Force Automation Application utilized Oracle and ASP and interfaced to a mainframe scheduling system from Cullinet, which extracted the shop floor manufacturing data necessary to update our Web based system. Currently, 300 Field Sales Representatives access and use this system to construct, price and detail an order.
